RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Returning exhibitors
During the week of March 12th, Québec Exploration 2006 exhibitors will receive a letter offering them the same space at Québec Exploration 2007. At that time, exhibitors who want to change locations will have the opportunity to put their name on a waiting list, without losing priority for rental of their current space.
Please note that exhibitors will have four weeks to confirm rental of their current space. After that time, the space will be released to another exhibitor.
New exhibitors
Do you want to be an exhibitor? Starting on April 3rd, your name can be put on the waiting list.
To find out more, see the Exhibitors’ Guide, which will be online at the end of March. There are three ways to get on the waiting list:

As soon as a space is free, exhibitors on the waiting list will be contacted in chronological order: first come, first served.
Exhibitors can either accept the proposed space, or refuse it and remain on the waiting list. They will have 24 hours to accept or refuse the proposed space, and two weeks to pay for the rental.
